Dr. Govind Singh was invited as Esteemed Speaker for Parliamentary Briefing on 30 May 2018 at Constitution Club of India, New Delhi. The event was organised by Control Arms Foundation of India and Manipur Women Gun Survivors Network in order to push for an Anti-Racism Law in India and to bring about gender justice.
