Dr. Govind Singh was invited for a Panel Discussion on the topic Addressing Democracy, Diversity, Racial and Gender Based Violence with Focus on Sexual Violence in Conflict Areas.
The event was organised by Manipur-based Control Arms Foundation of India at Casuarina Hall, India Habitat Centre on 21 September 2018. The day marks the UN-declared International Day of Peace.
